healthy-pizza-pexels-photo-263041This is the time of year we get stuck on “FOOD RULES” … you know the “no this, no that, some’a this” sort of thinking that gets us back into rigid plans rather than a simple commitment to minimally processed foods, in balance and healthy amounts that simply love you back.

In my book JUST 10 LBS I talk on a Love-Centered Diet, that is the above with more form to it. To that yolk above? If you haven’t got high cholesterol, consider a love affair with the whole egg again. The yolk is a rich part of the whole and makes for a tastier richer scramble, omelet or frittata.

Keep it simple. Move more. Eat less. Remember that what you put in you, not only lives on you but fundamentally changes your mood in the moment. It’s a relationship working best when balance is in place. Make the foods you put in you, ones that deserve the honor. Of the 70% of Americans who are overweight or obese, many will need rehab so consider that too if you’ve tried and failed and tried and failed and…
