Clinical Outreach Coordinator
Originally from New Jersey, I’ve called California home for the past 12 years. My journey into the mental health and recovery field started at Centaur and New Creation College, where I trained to become a drug and alcohol counselor. But the real lessons came from experience—both my own and the countless people I’ve had the privilege of working with.
The truth is, mental health struggles, substance use issues, and disordered eating aren’t going away. Behavioral healthcare will always be necessary, and I want to be part of the solution. Seeing the impact this work has had in my own life, as well as in the lives of so many others, keeps me motivated every day.
Taking care of my own mental and physical well-being is just as important as helping others do the same. For me, that means staying active—whether it’s getting out into nature, hitting the gym, or surrounding myself with the people who matter most. I believe in the power of healing—not just as a concept, but as something real, something life-changing.
If you’re considering coming to Breathe, I’ll say this: If you’re scared, it’s because you know your life is about to change. And change can be scary, but nothing is more worth it. You deserve a life that feels good to live, and there are people here who will help you build it.
Outside of work, you’ll find me on long walks, pushing myself through tough workouts, binging a great TV show, or spending time with family. And if I had to listen to one song for 24 hours straight? No question—it would be Otherwise by Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Healing is possible. Change is possible. And if you’re ready to take that step, I’m here to help.
